I am looking to build an application (for iPhone and Android) that allows users to buy and sell new and used items. It would need to have the following features: - Create listings quickly for selling of items. - Ability for me to charge or waive listing fees, commissions, or extra charges to either buyer or seller. - Users can search with keywords for fast and easy shopping - Users can chat with sellers & buyers easily Some samples of screenshots of other similar apps are attached. For Sellers: - Easily snap photos of the product(s), write the listings, and immediately put the ad up for selling. - Up to 4 photos per listing - Instantly share (one-click) listings on Facebook Pages, Groups, and Timeline, Twitter and Instagram - Buyers and Sellers will either transact offline in person, or via bank transfers and then the mailing of the products. - Members can rate each other after transactions - Users who connect via Facebook and verify their email will earn a verified badge to boost their credibility For Buyers: - Effortless catalog-like browsing for unique items - Sort items by Nearest, Recent, and Popular, and by Location - Private Chat feature within the app to talk to sellers to buy an item and negotiate on prices, or ask for more images of the product before making an offer - Buyers can view ratings and feedback on the sellers that are left by other buyers.
