Write an iPhone application

Theme : fishing app on iphone and android (website in option) My project is in 3 steps. Step 1 : I would like to have an app as a kind of fishing book. For each fishing session, you can enter information like, weather, wind, lure used, fish catch with its informations (type, size, ect), and a lot of other thinks. All these data have to be recorded in an online database. The user of the app will have a login password to access to his data. Step 2 : We add a virtual advisor to the app which help the angler to choose this equipment regarding some criteria which he will enter. he will choose his criteria in a list of suggestion. Step 3 : We add a social network functionality. I would like a proposal by step. For each step : I would like a proposal for iphone only, android only, both. The price for an integration to a website is optional but should be appreciated Regarding the price, the step 1 ans 2 could be begin very quickly. Step 3 is not a priority but if the app work fine and the number of user grows up, we will try to develop this final step.
