Hello the basic idea is clear however we would like to know more about the modules you would like to have in the application. You need an map system which will work on the offline mode as well, we can do that but that would increase the web services load and to support that we would need high server stack i.e. manage services which we can help you with that as we provide infrastructure stack as well. We can use Google Places api for locations and Google Map API for tracking the visitors on the map. The app will be deveveloped in such a way that it will store all data in the device locally and whenever the user is connected to internet the local database will sync with the central database. It'll log visits to the locations to a central database. We will also be needing to mine that database of locations, etc to determine rewards, etc. There is no need of locations databse mining as we are going to use google places api and with regards to rewards, I would like to know on what activities the users will get rewards and what type of awards will be that. That is what we believe no "Rush Hour" job, do the work with top quality with proper speed that makes you happy by getting the project delivered in time.
