My Xamarin Forms Shell page is not showing title text for a page. Can you fix this?

I have a sample application that I use to test out new features of Xamarin. I have converted this to use Xamarin Shell. There's something that is perhaps a small and simple issue to solve. I cannot get the Title text of a page to appear on any of the pages. This app is available on Github and I need a person who will be able to work on this and hopefully resolve same day otherwise I will try to fix it myself.
