Write an iPhone application

I need to assemble a team who can develop an iphone app that is compatible on ipad and ipod touch. I'm not going to give full details here but I will give some. You must have excellent English skills written and verbal. I am looking to make a topic based social networking app, each topic I want to have a dedicated comments wall for users to post on the topic they chose. I would like the format to be a top/down scroll format. I would like each topic to be displayed in tile format. For example, for the Cars topic, have a square picture of a car. I want the look and flow to resemble Windows based phones tile format. When a user clicks on the topic they chose, they will then be directed to the comments wall where they will see other user comments, can post their own comments, like/reply to other comments etc. Just to give you an idea, I will start out with 9 different topics and each topic I want its own dedicated comments wall. Comments need to be real time like facebook. We want this to be as user friendly as possible. We don't want users to have to use their email to sign in, we would like to give the users the option to sign in with their facebook accounts or twitter accounts etc or possible another way. Their will be 12-14 tiles for example. One tile might say sports and when you click on sports it brings up football, basketball, soccer, racing etc. Then you can click for example football, then you can select your team, the you can write topics or read/comment on other peoples topics/posts. We want to monetize this app with ads and make the app free. There will be ongoing work updating this app and maintaining it as well. I need you advice also on what we would need as far as a team of people because I don't think that one person can handle this. If I am wrong then I am. But we need someone that can see this through from start to finish. We will also need to be able to get reports on the traffic of the app so we can show to advertisement companies. This is pretty much the summary of what we need. Please only serious inquiries. Please give me a pretty close time frame on how long as well please don't guess.
