C# Console app to split a filename into parts and store to mySQL database

Write a console (command line) app that:
1. Reads the list of filenames in folder "C:\Input"
2. For each file:
a. Parse the filename. They are in the format: "[login to view URL]" and the parsed values should be 3 values: ["ABC","DEF","GHI"]
b. Connect to a mySQL database
c. INSERT a row containing the parsed values from above into a table called "myTable" which has 3 columns: Field1, Field2, Field3.
d. Finally, move the file to the "C:\Output" folder.
