Create a Sage 50 sales commissions report (MySQL)

I need to script/query written to report sales commissions from Sage 50 accounting software. I have begun development of the script but it needs some additional work to get the data I am looking for. I will require a report showing paid invoice details with the following values (indented values indicate details): 1. Invoice Paid Date 2. Invoice Number 3. Invoice Customer Name 4. Line Item Number/ID 5. Line Item Sales Amount (excluding tax and freight) 6. Line Item Cost 7. Gross Margin (Line Item Sales Amount - Line Item Cost) 8. Commission (Gross Margin * .20) 9. Subtotal for all details below each invoice 10. Subtotal for each customer I can supply my script as reference but it is not working correctly (and does not show details) so it will only serve as a reference if needed.
