help with creating a code that updates content to mysql

what i need is a code of an html page that prints entire database as a table using a mysql_fetch_array
after the page shows around 5 predefined rows, i need to have one of the columns of data editable using input type and buttons.
there inside the while loop, there will be a button that when clicking on it, it will run an ajax and will pass the correct variables of that specific row, so that the php code that the ajax is running, will be able to work with the correct parameters.
i am willing to pay only around 10$ for such a small help with a page.
and i need it to be done fast, unless you can provide immidiate help to work on this, please do not add a bid.
