Need Student Spring boot app build

I have Spring boot app with PKI part done. I need someone to make a new Spring Boot app that will have user management and PKI. You will have to change PKI just a little bit so it's not direct copy since that project is not mine. For frontend you have to use Angular. Database should be MySQL. That is all. If you are interested I'll give you a detailed description in pdf format of what needs to be done. I need this done in 24 hours. This is really important
