Scrapping a list of websites from a MYSQL table

I've good experience in Python but I donot have experience in Scrapy though I can learn and deliver it. I'm very experienced in MySQL too and good be a long term asset, as I have experience in working Python/Tornado/Flask and Node/Express, MEAN stack. I'm quoting low as I do not have experience in Scrapy. If this is an urgent project then I'm wrong choice, I sincerely suggest another freelancer. However if you are willing to invest, then I'm all in for it.
