I have a web server I need to remotely access the DB on. I do NOT want to open up ports on the server. The end device is a Raspberry PI. I am looking for you to setup the server as a VPN server and create documentation on how to add VPN accounts and setup devices to attach through VPN back to my web server. I need this performed in the next few hours. If you can setup VPN from a Raspberry PI back to the web server, that would be extremely helpful.

why don't you just use ssh port forwarding instead of creating vpn server, if you only need to remotely manage db?
