Package Shipping Cost Calculator - repost

I am looking to add a cost calculator to my website for calculating the cost of shipping items. I need someone that is good with algorithms as what needs to be calculated is as the customer will select an item to ship, like Uship's website you can choose a car, boat, pallet, household moving, and it comes up with a rate. I want someone who knows this already and can implement the same exact calculator on my website.
I also want to make an affiliate login so other companies that do not provide our services can come to our site, plug in the customers items, however, the other competing firms employee feels no threat because they can login and see what updates have been left as NOTES on the customers file.
My site however WILL NOT operate like USHIP as in posting it to a BOARD and waiting for drivers to bid. I just want the ability for the competing company or the actual customer to get a rate, place the order, and behind the scenes I will either post it to USHIP myself or call a SHIPPING line myself to ship vehicle over seas. I will make the difference between what the actual ship quotes me and what the calculator generated as a price.
