I'm looking for an experienced C# Developer to make the following web page fully functional:

This web page may have a lot of fields on it - but, there's nothing complicated about it. Simple data read and write from the database. I will provide you with all of the data mapping so you can submit the proper data to the server.
So, here's what this project covers:
1. I need all the fields on this form to be in working order - full read and write capabilities based on the "Website URL" field.
2. I need for the webpage preview section (displayed in the upper right corner) to be fully functional. This preview section displays certain boxes in the appropriate color - in addition, this section also displays the fonts in the appropriate color and style. It's not hard but - I will provide the specifics.
3. Both "Submit" buttons should be made functional.
Upon completion and approval of this webpage, the developer will be issued full payment.
