Build Openswan IPSEC VPN between two linux servers

I need a skilled network person to successfully build an IPSEC VPN tunnel (with secret password) using Openswan between two linux boxes (one running CEntos and and the other Ubuntu). Final deliverable for the project will be: 1) Succesfull demonstration of the VPN between the two hosts 2) A document detailing step by step all configurations that must be done to servers to make it work. I will provide access to two fresh linux boxes. If successful with this project, there is the possibility of another project to create a VPN between a linux instance and a Cisco ASA or IOS router.
