I need the basic structure of a command line application. Libraries like yargs and progress can be used. It is mainly for creating and updating c# files. And the ability to update the application with version number would be awesome.

Good Afternoon sir Based on what I have read in your proposal, you are interested in having someone develop a simple command line application for you (using node.js) that allow you to manipulate c# files. I would love to find out more about your requirements, but based on what I have been able to infer, a file manipulation tool that can create and update a file should take ~3-5 days to complete depending on how extensive you need to tool to be.
