Help with Jenkins to create pipelines for Spring Boot Angular application

Are the scripts already written and you need some help with it? do you need pipeline in jenkins front-end or you want declarative pipelines by using Jenkinsfile in project root directory?

I've been using Jenkins extensively for the last two years and thus I'm a good fit for the this task.
