Tesseract OCR - Images all types and PDF
Am looking for an OCR engine to extract the data from Images and PDF.
Expectacions from the OCR Engine:
API to extract the data and return JSON,
Classify the image (receipt/invoice)
Classify type (meals, airfare, restaurant etc)
Classify Date and other data like Vendor/Company/Address/Email/Phone etc.
OCR to detect Line items
OCR to recognize handwritten data
Should be able to clear the noise from the uploaded file,
OCR processing for blur images or low quality images and Line Items
Important Use Case : Single page PDF contains 3 receipts image. Application should be able to extract the data for all the 3 receipts from the PDF in to different objects in JSON.
Single web page to have an option to upload images/pdf, show the uploaded image/pdf and the data extracted from it.
The application should not contain any 3rd party API's or integrations or any commercial packages.
