Hello, I need something very simple. I want to buy a turnkey website but I need to translate its language. Actually these sites are in english but I need them to be in french, dutch or in turkish language. The main functions have to be in these languages and from the admin panel afterwards I can add or remove whatever I want to which these turnkey sites give this opportunaty. I put perl/cgi because I do nnot know what to put and I know that it is more or less common one. Either I can supply the translation or the programmer can do it upon payment.
