I am developing a mobile application with Cordova. I want to encrypt all javascript file and decrypt when cordova read it. Probably I have to modify the files under platforms/android and platforms/ios. Please help to locate which files I have to modify and how.

I can help you to obfuscate your code. But encrypting your JS/HTML/CSS code is almost as expensive as unuseful (as it can be decrypted). I have experience working with Cordova/Phonegap applications. Even using phonegap build platform. And in the app part angularjs/JS in general/Sass etc. Let me know if I can help you. Best regards!
