Application GUI redesign

We are looking for a design to **redesign the GUI** of one of our software products. This product was recently redesigned, but we would like to see some fresh idea's of how it can be improved.

We are looking for an experienced designer with a feeling for usability, and who can handle a fresh/web2.0 style.

The design is 1 screen, and some elements like a menu bar etc.

Please, only bid if you can **show us some previous work**. Do not bid by copying a standard text, those bids WILL be ignored!
