Real Estate Photo Editor - Full Time

I am looking for an experienced and reliable digital photo editor to edit my real estate photos every day from Monday to Friday. You will need to edit between 150-300 images. Editing required will include colour balancing, straightening, rescuing highlights and lightening shadows, sharpening, removal of photographer or flash light from reflective surfaces and adding agent logos to images.
Turn around time and delivery of images would need to be within 12 hours.
Reliability and consistency are the two most important attributes as well as having great attention to detail. I would need you to email the images to me and the agents. I am looking at paying between 20-25 cents per image as most images need little editing and a lot can be done through automated actions.
If you are successful I will have work for you every day and may also be able to give you work from 2 other real estate photographers who have the same work load to offer. I have included some images to do a test edit so I can see your capabilities. These images are probably the most difficult you will get from me on a normal shoot day and each photo has an area or problem that needs attention to fix. So let me see what you can do. Good luck!
