Hello there,
Well congratulations for choosing our city as the location to capture your family on vacation - San Francisco is truly one of the most photogenic places in the world! I would like to explain how we can work together to capture this once in a lifetime adventure. First a little of my background: I have been living in the heart of the city for the last decade - I have a few locations that are each quite wondrous and unique. The Golden Gate Bridge actually has three different spots for great images. The promenade extending from Crissy Field to the base of the South entrance is amazing as it captures the bridge from the underside and the water of the bay, contained within a beautifully maintained park. It combines the natural beauty of land and sea, the industrial sweat of the bridge and busy port and some of the best natural light in the city. There's the middle of the bridge with the bay and city falling out beneath the burnt-orange hue of the support towers, and finally the impressive vantage from the cliffs of Ft. Funston north of the bridge as the sweeping panorama of bridge, bay, hills and the entire city become the backdrop to your family memories. I also recommend the Palace of Fine Arts, Alamo Square (the intricate, brightly colored Victorian houses), the Sutro ruins and caves, the top of California Street by Cable Car and the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park. Includes color correction, edit/retouch and cropping of each photo. Let's work it out!
