very light targeted photo retouch (2 spots)

After seeing the first instruction photos what i have understood that the man in the picture is the main targeted retouch. 2. The man's forehead has some spot now need to remove that as per instruction image. I would charge for whole image $10 including freelancer.com fees. Waiting for your response. Thanks
