I have a page with an 'Isotope' filter to display different categories of images.

In the top navigation the logo is floated left and the nav floats right.
The page grid works perfectly when there are enough rows to fill the screen, but when categories return 1 row or 2, the scroll bar disappears and the right hand navigation links jump, and in firefox there is a slight mis-align.
Is it possible to have either no scroll bar, or force a scroll bar all the time?
Will this mess up the responsive code - as it is fine on smartphones as it is.
The page is built using Isotope filter, and bootstrap.
There is also a problem with the detail page image display which links from this page in IE only. Fine in other browsers. I need a fix for this.
