Add an Exit Popup to my Landing Page and Make Minor Revisions

Hi, I need these changes to my landing page, [login to view URL] (the landing page is based on the HTML Slowave template and is responsive): -the apply now popup needs to fully expand and not have a scrollbar. the square area around it needs to be transparent, and a functional close button to close the form, the form needs to float above the top menu -the top text "Complete Your Business Loan Request Now" needs to be centered. -a 2 column version(that will compress to 1 column on mobile) of the apply now form should expand out/appear as the user scrolls down past the frequently asked questions section. this should replace the area "To access $10K to $2M for your business now...". This should responsively compress to 1 column when the page width is too small -I need you to install javascript code(that I will provide) to make the apply now form popup when the user clicks the close button on the window or tab. I would like this to also be a simpler version of the apply now form. the form should have fields for the business name, first name, last name, email address, phone 1, phone 2, company type/industry, years in business, website, annual gross revenue, amount of loan requested, and the captcha code. -I would like the same simplified form above popup when the user has scrolled down and moves the mouse up towards the top bar again, or shows any other exit intent. -I would like both these popups easy to switch on or off in the code. -I need to make the page load faster on mobile devices by replacing slideshow area with a faster loading, lower resolution version of the first image when viewing on a mobile device, this will probably require some php coding and the page is already setup to use the mobile detect library if you would like. remove the bottom contact form background on mobile devices -optimize the page for speed in any other way you can without affecting the functionality, such as running the images through yahoo smushit and optimizing the code(I would like the raw edited code first of course) All these changes need to work in a responsive way, in that they will conform to adjusting to page width like the existing elements on the page most of the code is on the page, so just save the HTML/Javascript, modify it, then send it back to me. I would prefer inline CSS. for the PHP I will work with you to test it if necessary, but I prefer you using your own servers/testing environment Thank you for bidding
