Create a Wordpress Plugin that automatically creates content for Blog

I will create a wordpress plugin that once installed, allows the user to pull content from other sites or articles (based on keywords entered by the user) and rewrite for the the user. The plugin will also enable automatic upload onto the blog of the user to make the whole process automated. It will be able to upload multiple posts at one go, specifying the tags,title and keywords of each post. It will have user friendly UI and will work fast. How much should be ripped from the other blogs? Do you need click-bait titles? How many articles will you be ripping from per portion?

I've done something similar and very fast. I guess I can finish it as you want it depending on my experience.
