Track & Field Registrations

I currently do computerized timing for track and field / cross country events. I need to include online entry for events. I am in need of a PHP front-end and MySQL database backend to provide an online registration for at least 2 different types of users. One user type will be the event manager who will create the event, specify the pricing, specify the end date for online registration, and other things. The other user type will be the coaches or athletes. Once an event ends, I will need the database entries exported to a text file with a semi-colon delimited format so that it can be imported into the track and field software we use. PayPal or another payment system will be needed. Please contact if you think you can assist so that we can further discuss the details. Check the backend out. Notice how simple and easy to use it is. That is ultimately my goal for my site. I don't mind if someone can copy the format of that site.

I would love for the site to be similiar to a sites that I use. I have created a video which I can share with you that demonstrates what I want.
