555516 PHP Developer Needed for Regular Penny Auction Site Work

We are searching for a FANTASTIC php developer/programmer. We have a penny auction site that occasionally needs work done to either upgrade or fix any issues that arise. We are on PST US time and need someone who is available partially on our time. We do not want to deal with a manager who then passes our work onto a programmer, this causes too many delays and we have encountered too many issues with this. You MUST have Penny Auction experience to be hired.
