79615 Urgent PHP cloningSafelist fix

I have a cloning/replicating safelist system I need some one to check it out for me and ensure all is working fine, Ive solved most of the problems, Including the directory creation error, I think the one main problem remaining is that the cloned safelist sites are not sending the confirmation email when a person signs up as a new member. When signing up at the base safelist as a new member it sends the confirmation fine, however when signing up at a cloned safelist it doesnt. My feeling is that it may be permissions related or the likes. two programmers have looked at this so far the first F**k things right up the second , after nine days has done nothing and is now ignoring my emails Help please this is costing me my credibility with two clients.
