I need [login to view URL] to be converted into PHP/MySQL and with these 4 minor modifications
1. Change the site from Paypal data transfer to IPN, allow me to specify my Paypal email address in the admin control panel.
2. Remove the Stormpay and [login to view URL] payment options on the admin panel and from the site.
3. Ensure that all functions on the site work and update the site template so that it links to all of them.
4. Have a withdrawal page functioning for all members. When members withdraw, have them choose how much of their credit that they want to withdraw and whether they want Paypal or check payment. If they choose Paypal, make them supply their Paypal email address on the withdraw page. In the admin panel, the withdraws page will list all withdrawals and the members' Paypal email address and/or street address I can send it to. When I select a withdrawal and click "Verify," it's status will be changed to "Complete." Withdrawals not verified will have a "Pending" status.
