Fantasy Sports Web Application

I would like to create a user customizable web application where users can draft custom fantasy sports teams. The games should be fully customizable by the user. So they can create a league and have friends or other users join. They should be able to customize things such as:

1. Name the league and set # of players from each position per team

2. # of players on a team (as well as set what positions are allowed)

3. Scoring system (set how many points per TD, Rush yd, pass yd etc

4. # of teams allowed to join a league

5. How long they want to run the league for, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.

6. Create salary cap for each team to draft players. So each player will have a money value based off of how good they are. The better players will cost more $$ and the salary cap will make it so you can't just draft the best players.

Players and stats from games need to be scraped from a site like espn to automate the scoring.

An example of customizing is that I could create a Quarterbacks only fantasy league that would run for 1 week where members of the league could only draft QB's (4 of them per team) and set the salary cap to $50,000 and make it a 3 person league. I could make Rushing TD's worth 20 points, passing TD's worth 2 points etc.
