Organization: McBride Financial Services
Requester: Hugh McBride
Description of Request:

Agents in the field offices will need to be able to calculate mortgage payment amounts. In the future, we may want to put a mortgage calculator on our Web site.
Expected Results/Impact when completed:
Write the program in VB.Net (not Web based) with a graphical user interface and design a flow chart should be readable, free of technical errors (such as spelling mistakes), and reflect an appropriate flow of logic in the program. All programming should be easily readable for all other programmers and look professional, the code should include adequate comments, The code should follow coding standards (in particular, variable names, indentation, and capitalization), and the code for each assignment should use the constructs detailed in the current week's reading materials. The program should be visually pleasing, as well as professional looking. As far as inputs and outputs, follow the details specified in the change request. Include appropriate code to validate all input data and display error messages to the user when bad data is entered. Finally, and most important, the program should function without obvious error.
