ONLINE MANAGEMENT SCHOOL - Multiuser. 1. Four levels 1.1 - Super-Admin 1.2 - Admin 1.3 - Employees - teachers - secretaries - sales - etc 1.4 - students / companies 2. System must create separate backups for each school added. 3. School settings area (each school owner will input information such as courses - prices - payment methods and installments - rooms - room capability - salary policies. 4. System must be able to indentify productivity and alert when profit levels are low. 5. System must control time and actions for employees. Deadlines and tasks must be asigned after which employee can no longer input date (unless authorized). In case he misses the deadline, system will not generate pay. (teachers - secretaries - managers etc) 6. Every action performed by the employee will be send to the owners confirmation list and only then will be input in the system. 7. The application has a base on already existing codes and many of them are open source. Basically only addaptation is needed. 8. This is only version 1 of the application. So, only bid if you are capable of providing continuity in deployment. 9. Coder must be in constant contact with the buyer in order to avoid drawbacks and loss of time. If you don´t like to communicate with the seller do not bid. 11. Payments must be made on a 15 day basis. 12. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
