Real Estate RETs Feed and IDX integration

Hello folks,
I need to setup a RETs feed that pulls information from the TREB MLS board in Toronto Canada, puts the data in a mySQL database on my server. Additionally need to setup a custom IDX integration that allows multiple agents to be able to pull data from the RETs feed to be able to display on their respected websites, irregardless of their website location. The IDX integration will have various tabs, such as local schools, google map integration showing the area where the property is, and a will allow the user to request contact from the agent. Additionally options should be included so the users can login, and create an account to save searches so they can return and make arrangements to see those properties. The search should be capable of searching based on property address, city, Zip Code, County. The system should be smart enough to detect when a Zip Code was entered in the search text box vs. an Address. When a property is selected from the grid, a details property page should open with more details for the property.
