retrieving thumbnail of pictures on the webbrowser

What i need is the html or javascript code to show how to display an image as thumbnail only. When they click on the image, then on another window the image shows up in full view. If you do not have any pictures, I can provide the picture to use for it. ## Deliverables The html/javascript page to show images as a thumbnail to reduce download time.
