I want to make a clone of the fitpronewsletter website, and make some minor modifications to it.

This is a webbased application that allows a new member to –
- create an html customizable newsletter template that allows them to add there own logo, - includes a webeditor so they can add an article then a recipe then maybe another article. - On the right side they can add there affiliate or product links.
- On the 1st and 15th of every month, this newsletter is automatically emailed to the member's data list. The member will be my client. The member will in turn have their own user lists, who are the recipients of this newsletter
- Each member will, on their own, upload his or her own list of clients into their account.
- These users will be emailed the newsletter on the 1st and 15th of every month by the system.
The sign up process works like this

The provider can be based anywhere in the world, but must be available by skype, or by a US phone number. I have to be able to talk with the provider, if I need to. I prefer communicating my requirements by phone, instead of email.
When the provider is chosen, the entire backend will be shown, by providing a username and password to see the above site so they can see exactly how it works at the backend.
Also, I can buy AlstraSoft Autoresponder Pro if it helps. I would say that this is like adding an extra feature 3 Html templates to the Autoresponder Pro software and integrating it in fitpronewsletter.com. I would rather do that than create them all from scratch.
I want this to be a perfect copy, front end and back end, and done within 45 days. I am available for questions and feedback throughout the project.
