MP3 to m4r convertion and more..

<strike>The project needed is a PHP script that recieves an MP3 file (already on server) and another MP3 file.

First task is to merge these two files into one MP3 file.

Second task is to convert the newly created MP3 file to a m4r format file to suit an iPhone ringtone format.

Third task is to send this m4r file to an email that will be specified when calling the php script together with a ready made html page to be displayed in the email sent.

</strike>There have been a few changes in the needs. new project demands are listed below:

currently we have a exe running on a windows server, that is listening to 'incoming' folder. once a txt file arrives to that folder (from website and/or iphone application) the exe creates a ringtone from multiple mp3 files that are located on the server aswell.

It than outputs that newly created mp3 to a folder names 'mixing room'.

The new needs are as follows:

the website/iphone application not only sends a txt file describing the mp3 to be merged, but also sends a voice recording of the user in m4a format. This m4a needs to be merged to the final output of the mp3 file in the 'mixing room' folder.

the stage this merge is done can be decided by the developer. you can either edit the current exe (attached in zip) or you can create a new exe to do the job).

Once the final mp3 is done , need to convert to m4r and send to an email specified in another txt file that is sent by the application.
