Windows Control Panel application for Storage

This project is to write a Windows application that will run on the following OSes: Windows XP Windows Vista Windows Server 2003 Windows Server 2003 R2 Windows Server 2008 (32 and 64-bit versions of all OSes) The language can be Visual Studio or Visual Basic, but it must NOT require .NET or any special additions to the basic OS to run. The application is essentially a simple control panel-like interface with 4 tabs. These 4 tabs contain settings to control and adjust related to data storage. When these settings are adjusted, the application essentially makes new entries or changes into plain text files with the settings data. The user interface is already 100% designed, so no GUI design work is needed. We will provide that. You mainly need to write the program to exactly match the interface we have designed, and to properly read/write the text-based configuration files. Do NOT reply to this project if you do not have: 1) excellent rating on RAC 2) are prepared to work immediately on this project full time and can complete it within a few days 3) you must be an individual, not a software outsourcing ship 4) any location is fine, but fluent English is an absolute requirement

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
