E-Learning Website - Looking for A-Class website developer for new start up company

My business is an exciting start up company based in online education. You'll be part of a small team providing a service to people to better improve their lives. We only want the best and although money is important, being highly successful and the best in our field is even more important. I'm looking for a A++ Class developer who is looking for a big challenge. Someone who is interested in the chance to be part of a start-up company that is aiming to create the biggest and best language learning site on the internet. I'm looking for someone with a lot of knowledge and experience in developing websites with a great UX design. Job Description: The job is to create the best language learning website on the internet. I will provide you with a "brief" of what is going to be needed. Also I have created videos and mockups of how the site will look. We will need to be in constant contact. So you'll need to have very good English and be able to be contacted any time during working hours on Skype or Google Chat.
