fixing the 45 deg tilt

1. Change the order of what displays on the table from ID, Color, Time to ID, Time Color 2. Make both time and color display optional 3. Add free form walls 4. Elliptical tables adjustable in X and Y axis with 45 deg tilt 5. Asking Barb about how the vertical tables are turned, left or right 90 degrees, She replied, “Both”.
