Need already built PHP tool added to drupal theme

We have a custom search tool that is currently working properly that exists in its own directory with no page styling, header, etc on the results.

We need all the results to be returned in a page of our existing drupal theme template. We also need the search tool itself (simple one field search) to be available as a Drupal block that we can use throughout the site.
