check and correct coding for real estate datafeed dump

I need someone who can evaulate and fix a problem with the coding I had done a year ago by someone through this site. It is a datafeed from a real estate IDX written in the new net format using Visual Basic in ASP database. The problems are small but big for my results. One problem is I have to download the data via a browser because the guy couldn't make it work as an autodownload.... Now that browser download is timing out before all the data is collected. I don't want to post the download page because if clicked it will wipe out all my data and not reload durring the day due to high traffic volume. I hope this is enough to bid on or perhaps i can be more specific after I find some VB .net programers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I think it was my hosting server even though they swear it was not. I reloaded this morning and now it is working again. I have had small issues like this off and on I just don't think they like to admit downtime. So all I want the bid to be on right now is one of two things. Either just fix the file I have now not to ever timeout and /or create a new way to download the data automatically. The only thing I ask is that it doesn't rename the data files (as far as my pages) so it does not effect my linking system through out the sites. Do keep in mind that the program downloads data for both sites. If I have a preference and I have to manuallly load like now, I would like to be able to access it from any computer. I will consider something on my personal computer if the bid is a lot less. But hate the hassel of redoing if my system crashes. I am also looking for someone I can call on from time to time with server issues. ## Platform It is on a windows server. I assume 2000 in ASP 2.0 format.
