Need someone to write the php for an medium sized site

Basically I have built a html based site and i need someone to convert certain areas to php and add some php features. A preview of the site can be seen at [login to view URL] I need someone build and add the following php features to it: -A recommend friend -Mailing list. -Forum ( An existing forum script would be fine) -An advert board -A links page where visitors can add there own links. -A competiton page where people fill in a form to enter compettion. - 2x online shops one for trade customers one for retails. - A password protected trade area for trade shop. I will also need a way to verify people who wish to enter + a form to apply for the pasword. I will also need a login area for the website owners to login and edit certain part of the site like: - Change photo on contest page - News updates -Verify people requesting a password. Please download the attach zip file as I a precise list of what is needed is included. Please look through this and make sure you are capable of doing the work asked when biddding.
