Profile Achievement Development For Flash Gaming Site (Wordpress)

Hi I am looking for an experienced Word Press developer to help in the development of a profile and achievements system for my WordPress flash game site. We will only except people who can speak/write in fluent English, an people who have access to Skype. We have a graphic designer who will be taking care of all the art that you will require during the development of this project. Here is what we require for the project. Profile Design General public New Posts We need a way for our users to make posts on the site. They will be able to embed YouTube video into their posts. They will also receive emots they can add to their posts, like smiley faces and other emots. The user will also have a way to upload images, bold, use italics and underline. It would also be nice to give the user the option to allow real time comments, allow other users to post comments, or even disable comments from other users. Social Media The users should be able to link up their favourite social media sites like twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Also if possible when they activate it a small icon for that social media come up. Profile Image We would like to let them upload a profile image for their page. It would only be 120px by 120px Background We would need some suggestions on this, due to the fact that things might change. But we would like to let our users upload a background image for their profile. We need a way for them to just upload it and it will be up. quick and easy. Flag Button We need a way to monitor inappropriate pages/posts/videos. So we can take it down. Chat / Private Message We want people to be able to communicate through chat. Friend other players. If they meet some one and they feel they want to become friends then they can add them. Developer/Admin Pages *Note that these profiles will have all the same attributes of the general public.* Games We want our developers to be able to post their games on their profile. Banner (link banner) They can post a banner relating to their games or company. If some one clicks on the banner then it will take them to the desired page the developer set. Social Media (upgrade) They are allowed to post a link to their website on top of the other social media sites. Donation Button (opt in) We want the developer to have the option to ask for donations. Only if they opt into it though. Upgraded Profile Image This image will be 180px by 180px instead of the smaller user one. Achievements This is something we would need to discuss in further detail.
