182309 Convert Template to Joomla

I need someone with extensive knowledge of Joomla to convert an html template with a flash header (template monster #16958) to a Joomla template. A already have the template, just don't have time to convert it. Please bid only if you can do this FAST and ACCURATELY. This is small budget project so don't exaggerate on the bids.
