Flash based drag-n-drop retail board configurator

We are seeking the services of an experienced Flash/Actionscript developer to assist with the development of a simple tool that will enable the user to drag and drop multiple images (CD covers) onto a grid of boxes. As each image is dragged onto one of the boxes it defines that image (CD) as the choice for the box - the user continues to drag and drop images into the boxes until all boxes are filled with an image. Once all boxes are full the user can then fill in a simple order form - the data ( user details + a list of their box choices with box grid reference ) which is then stored in a mysql table and an email containing the data is sent to our client. The images (CD's) also need to be sub-categorised - allowing the user to choose a CD category which then lists all of the products (CDs) available in that category by way of image thumbnails. I see this list of thumbnails existing as a vertically scrolling list - the user selects a thumbnail from the list, drags and drops onto a box within the grid of boxes on the board. Management of the categories and the CD's within each category can be hard coded in a simple server-side .xml file (or similar) - no need for an administration interface. To make this a little clearer (I hope) - our client is a small boutique record label that sells their cd products through retail outlets by way of an interactive kiosk. The kiosk features a very basic touch panel which contains a series of buttons that line up with a printed overlay board. The printed overlay board is the output result of our project. We wish to deploy an basic online Flash-based tool that enables the retailers (our clients customers) to choose which CD's they want featured on their board. Ideally, the solution should be either developed in Flash or Flex and use a simple php/mysql process at the back-end to process the data. The successful applicant (developer) will be provided with comprehensive screen layouts for this project prior to commencement of the project.
