Logo Design and Flash Animation

This project will be for a logo for our corporate identity. The logo should be an original, clean, 3d style design which ultimately displays the text "K7". We also require a basic flash animation which involves a slug/symbiote like creature with glowing green eyes to look at the viewer briefly and then transform into the actual logo. The "slug" will also be a 3d style design. The specifics of each design will be left up to the designer but the overall direction will be provided by me. I will choose the color scheme collaboratively with the designer. The actual animation will be five (5) seconds long. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working Adobe Flash 6.0 or above flash files(.fla), animation files (.swf), Photoshop 8.0 or above files, or any other source files used during the creation of the logo or flash animation. 2)All work will be created using original concepts and will not violate any copyrights, or patents. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This flash animation and logo source files will need to be compatible with Windows XP versions of Adobe Flash, and Photoshop. The compiled flash file(s) and image files must be able to run on Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, Netscape 6.0 or above, or Firefox 2.0 or above.
