Resize Flash movies

I have a Flash movie (let's call this movie the "PLAYER") that needs to load several other Flash movies (let's call these other movies the "CONTENT MOVIES").

The PLAYER will always stay on the stage (it will always be the _root movie). The PLAYER needs to load one CONTENT MOVIE at a time. For example, the PLAYER will load [url removed, login to view], then it will load [url removed, login to view] in the same rectangular region, then it will load [url removed, login to view], and so on.

The CONTENT MOVIES can have different dimensions. For example, [url removed, login to view] might be 1024x768 and [url removed, login to view] might be 800x600.

The PLAYER needs to load these movies in the same size rectangle. For example, the PLAYER may need to load the CONTENT movies in a rectangular area that is 900x700.

So, I need to be able to scale the CONTENT movies to fit into the available space. I need working ActionScript code that will demonstrate how to scale these CONTENT movies to fit within a rectangular region that can be smaller or larger than the dimensions of the CONTENT movies.

I have code that attempts to do the scaling. However, this code does not work correctly for some movies. I can show you this not-perfect code so you can see exactly what I am trying to do.

I will provide sample CONTENT MOVIES for you to use in testing.

1) Complete and fully-functional working Flash movie in SWF form as well as complete source code (FLA file) of all work done. Provide a comment that describes the purpose of EVERY line of code.
