Worpress and flash designer - ongoing job

We are constantly creating and fixing wordpress templates and a lot of flash banners from different clients, so we are looking for a knowledgable WP coder and designer who can work by doing constant changes, fixes, etc. We should be able to communicate constantly and the worker must be available during the agreed working hours.
