Zen Cart Template - Convert from another template

Hello. I searched for many online templates, and I found one most suitable for me. This template that I acquired though is currently NOT a zen-cart template but an ordinary website template with a flash header and top navigation.

I want to set up a zen-cart store (not osCommerce) where your finished zen-cart template can just be imported into my zen-cart store. ***I will provide the original template's HTML, JPG/GIF, and CSS*** (Flash .fla is OPTIONAL but a plus), and you will convert that template into a zen-cart template. The finished zen-cart template will use the "yellow sticky notes" as the default sideboxes on the left side, and the "featured product" and "poll" thing on the right side (refer to screenshot).

Flash .fla conversion is optional for this project. If you wish to include Flash, I'll include the .fla and details.

This should not be a difficult project for someone with experience with zen cart templates.
